Zombie shooter ‘Back 4 Blood’ to launch today: Game editions, gameplay modes and more

Back 4 Blood, the 4 player co-op zombie horror FPS is going to unlock on Steam in a few hours from now. The game comes from the video game development studio Turtle Rock Studios, the same creative team that helped develop classic zombie shooters Left 4 Dead (L4D) and Left 4 Dead 2.
Back 4 Blood is set to launch today on PlayStation5, PlayStation4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One consoles, and PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store).
The base game edition of Back 4 Blood, titled just ‘Back 4 Blood’, is priced at Rs 2,999 and can be pre-purchased. There are two other editions of the game too–the Deluxe Edition and the Ultimate Edition–that can be pre-purchased for Rs 4,499 and Rs 4,999 respectively. With the Deluxe Edition, you get the Annual Pass in addition to the base game. The Annual Pass consists of three downloadable content drops that will be released in time, one by one. The content drop will bring a new story, playable characters, Special Mutated Ridden, and more.
With Back 4 Blood: Ultimate Edition, you get the four Character Battle Hardened Skin Pack and some extra in-game digital items like Rare Banner, Emblem, Spray and Title in addition to the base game and the Annual Pass.
Here is the campaign trailer of the game.

Back 4 Blood: Rid the world of the Ridden
Your antagonists in the zombie horror game would be the Ridden, human-turned-zombies, and you would be one of the Cleaners. The game is playable only in first-person mode. You can use weapons, special abilities and perks. The blood and gore is going to be way lot more than L4D2.
Back 4 Blood: Gameplay modes
The game has a story-based campaign as well as online co-op multiplayer and PvP (player-versus-player) modes. Back 4 Blood supports up to four players in online co-op and eight players in PvP.
You can choose to play the campaign alone, with 3 AI teammates. But why would you want to do that? The Back 4 Blood experience is expected to be best had with your friends fighting alongside you, which is why you should go in the battle with 3 of your friends. Only 4 players in total are allowed for the campaign.
Then there is the PvP mode that lets you play with or against friends. You can choose to become either the Cleaner or the Ridden and can switch sides too.
