LIAN LI announced on Twitter this morning the release of the company’s V3000 PLUS PC case, launching today.
LIAN LI Unveils V3000 PLUS PC Chassis, Full Tower Dual PC Case with Triple 480mm Rad Support
First, let’s take a step back nine months ago to LIAN LI’s YouTube account, where the company produced a Digital Expo in 2022 for users and fans of the brand.
The company presented the LIAN LI Lancool III and V3000 PLUS during this first installment of their two-part series. Around 6:30pm they start discussing the V3000 PLUS chassis in total, reminding them that it is the largest chassis the manufacturer is supplying to customers.
The Lian Li V3000 Plus chassis is large enough to accommodate two separate systems and a wide range of cooling configurations. Another mentioned feature is the possibility of multiple power supplies and storage options. True, this also depends on the design of the components.

The case is adorned in a black color scheme with a thin RGB stripe shimmering across the front, giving the tip and brand that sleek and regal look. However, this is not our first appearance in this case. The company previously showed off the V3000 PLUS at LIAN LI’s 2021 Digital Expo, and some customers are frustrated that the issue hasn’t been released yet. The sneak peeks on Twitter this morning give hope that this case will finally see the hands of the company’s fans.
Part of LIAN LI’s slowdown is constant tweaking to give users the best, with tons of features. One of the changes to the case mentioned in the video is that the mesh top and front panels combine aluminum accents to give the case a more unified and secure look. LIAN LI has also optimized the cabinet panels for the most efficient and adequate airflow.
The right side panel is now tempered glass to match the left side panel, a feature increasingly common among PC users. The reasoning is that the company wants to limit a plethora of side fans added to a PC setup, which can affect overall performance and power consumption. Both panels can be opened via a push-lock mechanism, eliminating the need to lose screws removing panels and placing them in place.
On the back of the Lian Li V3000 Plus, the bracket can be reversed to utilize a wider range of radiator and fan configurations, giving more users more access. LIAN LI also removed the remote control option because users felt that this option was unnecessary. Now, on the top of the case, the company has opted for several USB Type-A outputs, two USB Type-C outputs, HD audio and microphone ports, and LED control buttons. To the right of the ports is a system switch with a power and reset button in the middle. The system switch allows users to switch back and forth between the multiple systems in the enclosure.
Users may not notice, but under the front of the case, the LIAN LI logo is projected on the desktop, which is unusual for other brands and is a unique accent. Users can add up to four HDD or SSD drives to the system under the main chamber near the power supply bay. However, users can move it to the main component room, next to the motherboard, if the user chooses to do so. Hot-swappable memory can be added as a feature if users prefer that option for their drives.
Finally, four tool-less SSD brackets have been added to hold slim SSD drives, which are placed under the main motherboard and spaced far enough apart to keep temperatures down. The video also advertises that the case will be available in May, which has been delayed until tomorrow. The reasons for the slowdown are unknown, but this case is sure to please several PC users.
Pricing is unknown, but given the size and added features of the Lian Li V3000 Plus, it’s a safe bet that the case will be premium for users with significant costs. We’ll update you with pricing and more information after releasing tomorrow’s embargo.
